"Health"
Health is probably a trademarked word or the name of a corporate entity.
Cancer is probably a trademarked word / name of a corporate entity also.
I have to make it clear that I'm not referring to those.
Simply put: This is for entertainment only, not health advice.

Have you noticed the unprecedented numbers of:
• Obesity
• Kids dropping dead from heart attacks
• People with disabilities (other than physical accidents)
• Cancer patients
• Sudden and unexpected deaths

Medical technology is far better than it has ever been, yet the proportion of people with health issues is up.
What's going on? I think vaccines play a considerable part. Why do you think they're so hell bent on giving out free vaccines, yet the treatments from the same manufacturers can potentially cost you your house and life savings?
I think you'll also find that they're keeping quiet on natural health remedies, and leaving fragment trails of key information in order to keep you guessing.

What's wrong with vaccines?
Start with the ingredients list and the list of potential adverse effects on the package insert.

I have a collection of health suggestions.
I'm not 100% myself, I'm trying to get my weight back down and my energy back up after years of neglect from researching other sectors, but I've noticed a few anomalies worth considering. I hope this helps someone.

Quackwatch says that "While health fraud is a cruel form of greed, fraud involving cancer treatments can be particularly heartless—especially because fraudulent information can travel around the Web in an instant."
Them and the rest of the industry should go look in the mirror. They're worth billions and they have very little to show for it.
• I'm not charging anything for information.
• I'm not making any money from product recommendations. Any product recommendations below are strictly for your convenience only (seems to work for me, but there might be something better out there?)
• Those offering certain products (such as black salve) are required by law to disclose that they're not claiming to treat "Health" conditions and the products aren't for human use / consumption.
Here's an example of a cease and desist case.

The reason that some of these treatments may not work:
• Vaccine impairment including impairment of the immune system.
• You only live so long anyway. Best be packing for the next life, you never know when your time is up.

Cancer:
• 1 part black pepper, 2 parts turmeric.
Also available in capsules. The black pepper forces your digestion system to absorb the turmeric to be able to do its work. Consume 1 - 2 teaspoons a day, more if you can handle it and if you need it, and wash down with lemon cordial or juice to mask the taste.
• Black Salve. Make sure the ingredients list Zinc Chloride and not Zinc Oxide.
Quackwatch debunked Black Salve but didn't tell you that the formula used Zinc Oxide instead of Zinc Chloride - any wonder it caused harm. Put some on your skin, leave a band-aid on it for 24 hours, if you have any cancer cells, they'll react and eventually fall out. Keep the wound hole covered with band-aids until healed (the skin surface will level out).
• Parasite detox (see below).
These strategies stimulate the immune system to deal with the cancer.
You will need to use liver detoxification procedures as listed below.

Weight and fatigue / liver detoxification:
Vaccines aren't the only cause of health issues. Chemtrails and contaminated food / water are almost impossible to avoid. Your liver has to break these down. Alcohol also strips your livers ability to function. If you catch it in time, you'll have a chance of recovering, the doctors and blood tests are useless as they'll only catch it when it's too late.
Cut back the alcohol and processed foods as these are the cause of poor liver function.
Liver detoxification requires a few methods at the same time. You should start seeing your energy improve and weight beginning to fall off after a few days. Keep at it until you're at an ideal weight.
There's so many different products, I can't recommend any particular one. What I have noticed is they have different dosage recommendations.
Take a round of the following each day:
• Black Pepper. 1 teaspoon, straight in your mouth, wash down with lemon cordial or juice to mask the taste. You can also get Black Pepper (Bioperine) capsules.
• NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine)
capsules.
• Liver detox capsules. Get a few different brands and take the recommended dosage of each at the same time.
• Lymphatic drainage. You've detoxed the liver, now you need to help clear it out. Capsules ("
Sculptique Lymphatic Drainage Capsules") or drops is the way to go.
• L-Carnitine. Suitable for finally eliminating stubborn fat that needs to go. There's two differnt types though: L-Carnitine Tartrate (LCT) (good for muscle recovery and output), and Acetyl-L-Carnitine (ALCAR) (able to cross the blood brain barrier and improve cognitive / mental function and cellular energy). I've personally been using the Nutricost brand which seems to have both
Acetyl and Tartrate types available.
I noticed an inconsistency with recommended dosages. Jackd specifies 4000mg, while Nutricost specifies 1000mg. Of the Tartrate type, I tried 2000mg in the morning and 2000mg around lunch time and that seems to work, although I plan on reducing that dosage and adding in the ALCAR type.
• Beef Liver
capsules. Also improves skin and hair.

Dental:
Most people use fluoride (toxic) toothpaste and always go to the dentist for fillings.
From experience, I think the problem with dentist fillings is that they deteriorate and fall out after a few years.
There has to be a better way.
Some suggest
Hydroxyapatite toothpaste. It is safe to leave in your mouth and poses no harm if you swallow it (unlike fluoride).
Most hydroxyapatite toothpastes on the market are garbage - they don't tell you how much hydroxyapatite is in them.
Some whitening toothpastes contain abrasives which cancel out the hydroxyapatite, so get the non-whitening stuff if you can.
Hydroxyapatite is expensive (but definitely worth the money).
There was a study done, suggesting that 10% hydroxyapatite is the optimal strength.
Ideally if you brush immediately before going to bed and leave it in your mouth to let the hydroxyapatite work in.
There's also
underbrush remineralizing gum which contains hydroxyapatite and some other goodies - best if you have cavities that are sensitive or sore that you want to try to begin sorting out.

Parasite detox:
Good gut health should eliminate parasites naturally, but if you need a quick fix to kick start things, read on.
Parasite detox capsules kill the parasites, but they get reabsorbed into your system and places additional load on your liver (you'll feel energetic for the first day but then really tired after that).
• Parasite detox capsules such as wormwood. I bought mine from
Herbs4Healing but they seem to be temporarily closed and orders are significantly delayed. There's plenty of other sources though.
• Binders such as
Bentonite Clay capsules and Zeolite capsules.
Castor oil (Hexane free) is known to kill parasites but gets wiped out through your digestive system. Maybe try black pepper with it, or apply around your abdomen with a little DMSO.
• Ivermectin and Fenbendazole are the pharmaceutical equivalent. Apparently really good for cancer too. You can probably get the animal grade product ("Ivermectin and Fenbendazole for horses") if you really need it.

Heart problems:
Cayenne pepper capsules.

Pain relief:
Turmeric on its own will do.

Detoxification from vaccines:
I don't have information on the Covid vaccines - those were quite hectic, though I have heard that nicotine patches (and maybe even smoking?) helps. Unfortunately, it's likely your DNA has been permanently altered, so don't get your hopes up on a permanent solution. That's why some people who are single and looking insist on those who have not had the covid jabs. Has your prospective partner had the covid jab? Check around their upper arm with a magnet, and ask to see their Medicare / health records.

For regular vaccines, you could try detoxification solutions such as
Bentonite Clay capsules and Zeolite capsules, but don't roll the dice any more and don't vaccinate your kids if you are going to have any. Some suggest it helps improve issues such as autism and learning difficulties, but in theory, you'll never be able to completely detox.

Kidneys:
Something I'll be looking in to soon, but drink more water if your urine is yellow. I hear that if your urine is foamy, you have isses that need to be sorted.

Eyesight:
Those who work out at the gym increase their muscle strength.
I suspect the same could be true for your eyes.
They say staring at a screen all day is no good for your eyes.
I think you need to be doing activities where you randomly focus on stuff at various distances.
I'm in my 40's, don't wear glasses, and even have the eyesight necessary to be able to do electronic circuit boards.

Organs in general:
They say eating foods that look like certain organs (like carrots look like eyes, or walnuts look like the brain) benefits those organs. I'd say use the black pepper also as that increases the absorption of it.

Hair loss:
This is one I'm still trying to work out. Mostly for common male hair loss.
Every con artist out there is trying to sell you their products, and I am yet to find a solution that works. I like to work out in the sun and the top of my head gets burnt the worst (for which I use black pepper and turmeric to treat).
Apparently the prostrate produces DHT, and that DHT reaches your hair and prevents it from growing.
Do you treat the hair surface, or reduce the DHT?
Pharmaceutical treatments:
• Minoxidil has limited effectiveness and the problem is worse the moment you stop using it.
• Finasteride apparently works but wipes out the rest of your manhood with it.
Natural treatments:
Castor oil (Hexane free) could do the job, but apply very sparingly in the morning as it is sticky and messy and you want to be able to wash it off at night.
• Beef Liver capsules
• Natural DHT blockers (Google AI): Saw Palmetto, Pumpkin Seed Oil & Pygeum Bark, Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG), Lycopene & Quercetin
Now I'm wondering if they understate the recommended dosage?
